When a user pastes text from Word into a Lotus Notes Memo, then selects the text to change the font, the Text Properties menu option appears disabled. I cant recreate the problem on my PC, any ideas ?

msedbbw@hotmail.com

Working towards MCSE and looking for work overseas :)

Is the user running the same version of the Notes client that you are? It sounds like the memo text is not a Rich Text field for this client. Compare your version of Notes client with the users....
Fred Wagner
frwagne@ci.long-beach.ca.us

Yes, the only difference is the license. I have lotus notes license to let me do admin stuff and she has just the desktop license.

msedbbw@hotmail.com

Working towards MCSE and looking for work overseas :)
