Cannot Edit SNMP Properties

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this but i didn't get answer in the Windows 2003 forum. I cannot edit the SNMP service properties on one Windows 2003 server but i can on all others. I looked at the Security Templates and didn't notice any restrictions placed on the administrators ID for SNMP.

Does anyone know how I can fix the server so I can edit the SNMP service properties?

What errors do you get when you try to edit the properties?

No errors ... the edit and new buttons on the security tab for 'accepted communinty strings' are not usable. I think its a security setting which limits my ID from editing. Where do i adjust this security setting?
