Cannot Delete Agent because of Messages Waiting

I have an Agent ID that the PBX will not let me remove because it says "message(s) waiting; must delete message(s) first" The strange thing is that there has never been a subscriber programmed in audix for this agent. I tried to change the LWC on the agent to None to see if that would clear it, but got the same message about deleting messages first.

Is there any way to manually force the PBX to clear this so I can remove this Agent ID?

Thanks that worked! I actually tried Clear AMW Audix xxxx, but that didnt work. Guess I should have tried All.

Have you try to remove the subscriber from The Audix?
maybe its something you have done before... But.
