Cannot Delete 2 files from Temporary Files 1

I had my Explorer Hijacked and read where running CWSWREDDER would stop this from going too the hijacked page. Well I run the program and it worked GREAT. But I have two file's as follows. Both are the same in my temporary files.

I cannot delete them please help me someone.

DelLater allows you to schedule the deletion as a boot time process. By deleting the file at this point during startup you are assured that no process is using the file:

Try restarting in Safe Mode and then deleting the files.

There are so many reasons the file is illegal in name that deleting it will be difficult.

I have had this problem before and I firstly moved the files, I just moved them to the desktop restarted the pc and on restart I could delete them. Hope it works for you
