Cannot create local printer - Access is denied

Hello,
We have a client with 3 MF1.8sp3 on W2Ksp3 servers. Printer auto-creation is disabled. When a user tries to map a client printer on Citrix1, it will work if the printer is a share on another machine. If it is a local printer, or the printer points to an IP port, you cannot create the printer. You get "Error: Access is denied". This only happens on the first server. There is no problem on the other two.

Any ideas anyone??

I looked a little deeper, and this may have to do with permissions on HKLM\Software\classes\Printers. One thing I neglected to mention was the machine was moved from one domain to another. Things look better after resetting permissions.
