cannot create file

When I am developing a program and testing I obviously need to make program changes and recompile; however; I often get the message "Cannot create file"

I have to exit foxpro and start again inorder to compile the file with the changes.

What am I missing ? I have tried to release the program but have had no success to date.

Any ideas.

That error sometimes occurs when you still have the APP file or the EXE file running (open) for some reason and you are trying to build a new one.

Check your process for this situation.
