Hi All, hope someone can help,

I am running XP Home on my home PC (sorry nothing for this on tek-tips!), the PC has two Administrative users set up, and i have just created a third user with restricted access, the thing is when I log in as the new user I keep getting a dialog box appearing displaying:

Cannot create file C:\WINDOWS\System32\hwnd32.dll

This appears about every 10-15 seconds and I end up with hundreds on the screen, does anyone have any idea what might be causing it, and how to stop it? It doesn't happen on the Administrative users!
