I don't know where to ask this question so forgive me.
I have recently changed hosting companies for my various websites and find that the FTP software and Outlook are looking to the old host's server, not the new host. I see this via WS_FTP log detials that shows the my computer is looking to the old IP address. I cannot see anyplace to change this within my machine.
The new host hasn't been able to give me any further guidance on the issue as the problem is not on their end.
I have tried each of the following:
- emptied my cache and cookies etc. (many times)
- reconfigured the router
- removed the router and gone dorect form the modem to the computer
- replaced the modem
Has anyone any insight into this as I have not been able to upload any site changes or receive e-mail via the new host.
Thanks in advance
