Cannot add user or group "Allow on log locally"

HI,

I would like to add user or group on
computer configuration
windows settings
security settings
local policies
Allow on log locally

but i can't, the button "add user or group" is disabled.

Can you help me please ?

Are you logged in as an administrator? Do you have a domain policy which forbids changing policies?
