cannot access free / busy information help please

Hi everyone... please help!

I have an issue with a PA trying to add dates to her bosses calendar. . All the permissions have been set so the PA can access, add and edit the bosses calendar dates, yet everytime she tries to add a date she gets the error:-

"cannot access free / busy information"

Can anybody help with this?

Could try this, what version of outlook is it?

ok next make sure you are using the latest service pack for outlook / office
We had office 2003 and ended up service packing them
