Cannot access Event Viewer - Access Denied 1

Just starting migrating my domain to Windows 2003 SP1.
On both of my new 2003 servers I cannot access the event viewer unless I log in with the Administrator account.
Other domain admin accounts get the following error when trying to view all event logs other than the security log:

Unable to complete the operation on "Application" Access is denied.

Substitute Application for the name of the event log I access.

Bizarre.

Any hints?
