Cannot access a Drive's "Properties" or "Sharing" Tabs

I installed W2000 Server as a Standalone Server and cannot access the C or D drive's "Properties" or even the "Sharing" tabs. When I Right-click on them nothing comes up. The drive is formatted as NTFS so there should be availibility to these drives. Same thing with the D (CD Rom) drive. I am logged on as Administrator as well. Is this a Group Policy issue?
Any help is Good.

If the entire context menu does'n appear then could be a policy restriction.
Otherwise, is just a custom change, made via a script (changing some registry keys or scripts). In this case, i don't know what you can do. Maybe just reinstall... Gia Betiu

Can you view the Properties Window by selecting the Drive, and pressing Alt Enter?
