Cancel a call fwd cross nodes

I manage a large number of Definity and G3, G3si's. The problem is that users and unauthoried users are call-fwding phone and soft numbers. Is there anyway to remove the fwd to save having to dispatch a tech to rmv it?

Remote access with console permissions will allow you to dial the CF cancel code and the extension to cancel.

Thanks CL, I am able to use the console permisions with limitations. What I am looking for is remote access programming information.

First, you can list call-forward to see who the culprits are. Then when you know which ones you want to restrict disp your cos (class of service) and look to see if you have one number set for call-fwd all calls, call forward busy and call forward restrict off net. You can cha cos and go into one of the numbers to change restrict call forward off net to yes because you want to restrict it, then n for your other call forward options. Next you'll want to change your stations and assign them the cos number you just created on page one of the sta form. This should prevent any call forward for those stations system wide.
