ec500 is extension to cellular which uses a form of forwarding. This can be activated and deactivated from the cell phone
coverage remote uses coverage path which can send calls to an off-net destination
call-forwarding can be deactivated using remote-access and a barrier code with COS that has console permissions
telecommuter access allows changing an extension's Call-forward destination or deactivating Call-forwarding, as well as
changing a station's coverage option 1 and 2
define "remotely": from a remote location...i.e...I work from home.
define "forwarding": I have a set that when called it goes straight to VM. I'm thinking the EU might have it forwarded to VM.
If you have a remote access extension where a barrier code has console permissions, you can call it, dial the cfwd cancel code and the extension to perform that operation remotely, yes.
Deleting and rebuilding the station in a pinch is a lazy way to do it too.
Out/rebuild might be my answer. Here's what's going on and instinct tells me it's involving the bridged appearance keys. When calling the ext# it goes right to VM. here's how the keys are set up:
Key 1: call-appr Auto-A/D? no Rg: r
Key 2: brdg-appr B:1 E: XXXX Rg: r
Key 3: brdg-appr B:2 E: XXXX Rg: r
Key 4: brdg-appr B:3 E: XXXX Rg: r
The 'B" is button
st the station and let us know how it is forwarded?
Example is it is on page 2 "call forward destination" or maybe page 2 "Enhanced call forwarding or page 1 if "SAC" is active, Page 1 also show if EC500 is active
This will tell you how it is forwarding the call.
I've unforwarded phones where forwarding was done at the phone itself by the user. Remote Access has Console Permissions. I don't know how to disable Send All Calls, maybe it can't be.
