Can you sepcify where a users first level begins within My Netowrk Places. I.E I am using Active Directory and have structured it like a organisation structure of the business but I want to set for the users where they begin looking at the network. i.e a storeman would start quite near the bottom of the structure. making it easier and less navigation for the user.

If you create shares and folders further down in your organisiation stcructure you can then use logon scripts to connect to the relevant shares. I would suggest you create groups of users (i.e. one for storemen etc) and then design your logon script to connect to different areas by group membership. You may need to investigate Kix scripts (or similar) to do this.
