Can you do any admin programing from a 4400 phone?

I have a IP 403 Used. A client gave it to me after a cisco upgrade. I have the 403 with a 4 port pots card. I want to default the system or at least remove peoples names in the phone directory. Can you default the IP office 403 via a 4400 set? Sorry probly a dumb questions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need the program "manager "for it
Then just remove all the users from it

On a 403 the highest you can go on IP Office firmware/software is 3.2.x so make sure to download the right software.

I just want to get rid of this system maybe on ebay. But I do not want to sellit with theuser names in it. I do nothave a pc connected to this system or a voicemail system. Just a IP403 box. I guess what you are saying is I need to connect a PC to down laod firmware?? I am a Nortel tech by trade and have no experience with this system. Thank

Type

Then type

at-debug

Then type

erase nvconfig

Then type eraseconfig

Then it should be empty but still with software on it
