Hi,

I have a report based on a query that asks for a line name to a generate a report. Is there anyway I can have a lookup list in the message box that asks for the line name, instead of physicaly writing the line name.

Sorry, in my previous email I gave specific comments. Forgot this time. There is only one query and one report. The report needs a parameter to get the correct data from the query. The query is from the table TBL-Code. The listbox is from the third column of the TBL-ILCode. The form CodeCombo was the combo box I was trying to make from the directions above.

The other six forms was to take advantage of your considerable kindness and get someone with much more experience to give me some aethestics advice. This is my one and only db. Just wanted some advice as to which of the six forms was easiest to read, or "don't do this" and suggestions like that. However, I have wasted so much of your time, don't worry about. If you can help with combobox I would appreciate the help.

Thanks and I will check in tomorrow to see what you decided was the problem.
