Can we have multiple data source when doing mail merge? Does it supported by MS Word.

I have two delimited files. Can I do the mail merge on one single document based on these two delimited files?

I believe there may be away. Are you able to use MS Querey to pull information from your two delimited files?

Thank you for your reply.

I'm using a delimited flat file. Basically it is a text file. In Word XP (i.e. Word 2002), Microsoft changed the data source to "Receiptant List". How can I select more than one "Receipant List"?

If you can use MS Query to access the two files create a query that accesses these two files and retrieve the information you want. Save the query

In Word
GO to Tools
Mail Merge
Point the Active document to your blank form with fields
Click the Data Source button
Get Data
Create Data Source
Choose MS Query
In the box that open point to your saved query and you should have what you need.
