Can users add/remove selves from lists?

I know you can assign an owner to a distribution list who can then add/remove users, but is there a way for individual users to do it themselves without buying a 3rd party list server tool? If not, any recommendations on a good product for a company of about 150 users?

Thanks, I found it and it sounds like what we need but it specifies Exchange 2000, any idea if this is compatible with Exchange 2003?

I have not tried it, but it should work. Remember, groups are stored in AD, not exchange.
