Can the option "My Pictures" be removed from the 9641G screen?

Does anyone know how to remove the option "My Pictures" from the 9641G phone screen?
I already tried disabling the USB port.

In the 46xx settings file, setting the screensaveron to 0 removes the picture icon but if you are using a screen saver, it will not activate.
