Can the coldfusion password be cleared w/out knowing the old one. The old admin left w/out giving it to me. Thanks.

Can the coldfusion admin password be cleared?

clearing the reg key (as in the mentionned thread) is a good idea
but in the cf server doc, it is written where the admin password file is stored (no i don't have the doc anymore) - just find this file, clear the first line (should be the only line ! it's encoded) and then there's no more admin password, you can log on the server and set a new password.
