Can someone help me convert a .CWK file to PC compantible?

Is it all text? Spreadsheet? Drawing?
What operating system do you use?
What word processors (for text) are available? What spreadsheet programs do you have?
You might be able to do a two-step process, opening in a Mac word processor, then saving in a different format, which could be readable by Windows program.
Software: XL2002 on Win2K
Humanware: Older than dirt
