Can purged data be recovered in Micros 3700

We recently rebranded, and purged all sales from the pos to make way for the new restaurant. But now I need sales from last year for insurance purposes. Is there any way to recover that information? Thanks for your help.

Unless there is a database backup still sitting on your hard-drive (or maybe you have it backed up off site somewhere?), no.
