Can Ping But no HTTP

I have a tunnel to a remote site set up in my pix515 firewall and up until sunday morning it was working fine. I didn't make any changes on my side and I spoke with the IT guy on the other side and everything looks fine. I have a policy nat on my 192.168.11.0/25 network that translates it to 10.10.90.0/24 I can ping the http host but I can not pull up the webpage. I tried maximizing the tcpmss from 1340 to 1400 and then to 1500 but this did nothing.

Any Ideas and answers are greatly appreciated.
