Can only dial in once?

I have just install TS on a member server. I installed the TS CALS on the domain controller. I have four modems installed on a DIGI PortServer II however I can only dial into Citrix one time then I receive an error. What do I need to do to have more than one person dial in at the same time? P.S. Once I dial in for the first time unless I reboot I cannot dial in again.
