can not receive email

I will try to be brief. I was using an eval copy of exchange. It expired and I then had to install a fresh copy of exchange. Ever since doing that I can not get into the mail box properties and I can not receive outside email. I can send email to external mail.


Please help!
 
The EVAL copy I installed was the Enterprise Verion and the company purchased the Standard which you can not install over the Eval copy so I tried to install it on a seperate server and while installing it, that server crashed and it seemed to have caused problems. I was not able to finish the installation on it and I was not able to uninstall it.I then removed that server from the Domain and had difficulties removing the Eval copy as well. The MX records seem to be fine, I can do an nslookup. How can uninstall it and clean my server completely to make sure that my AD server is not affected by it?
