Can not delete application

I want to delete a published application (desktop) in my farm, but it won't go away. When I ask the properties now, there's nothing filled in???
However the users who had rights on it, still get it and can connect to it.
What can I do?

Do you have rights to change the properties on the published application. Might simply be a case of you not having the appropriate rights.

Also you might want to disable it for now if you cant delete it. Should stop people connecting to it.

Yes, I have the necessary rights.

Can not disable it either.
