1 Make a copy of your database for backup purposes
2 Goto the tools menu and select database utilties
3 select from that submenu either Compact and Repair database or Repair database depending on the version of Access you have.
4 Congratulations it worked, or you have a backup to try something else.
Other than copying all the records into another database table , then no. Sounds to me you have a corrupt table. You may want to try to create a backup then compact and repair the database. I had a strange problem where I had records repeating themselves half way into the table. I just hope yours isn't like this becuse it causes a lot of work.
The best working practice is to create backups all the time.
