Can no longer create new colours in PM 6.5. Why? 1

Every time we try to create a new colour from the colour palette PM shuts down.
Have trawled the CMS and have found no answers.
Old newspaper, new problem, production starts in a week.

Dear BigJohnD, re-install was my first thought and last wish but thanks for the tip.
By the way is there any way to save the style settings we have created?
It would take hours to recreate them.

They'll be saved in the PM file - both the paragraph styles and the colour palette.

If you create a copy of the file, you can then amend it to create a permanent template. (Highly recommended good practice.)

You can also import the paragraphs styles (Type -> Define Style Styles -> Import) and the colour palette (Utilities -> Define Colours -> Import) from your saved file into any other PM publication.
