Can ISDN NetMod call a MODEM?

For sometime now i've trying to connect from home to my work. It took me sometime to realize that i can't call from work (Analog MODEM with analog line) at home (NetMod Terminal Emulator with ISDN line).
(Excellent example of how stupid a man can be !!!!)[surprize]

What i want to know is ...[bigears]

If just buy an analog MODEM and connect it to the PA Analog port of the NetMod (Terminal Emulator) will i be able to connect to work?:)

OR ... DO I HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING TOO .....

Also get an ISDN line and another NetMod (Terminal Emulator) for work and do the same thing as i did for my home computer ...:-(
