There is a tab in system named "DNS", enter the IP adress(es) of the local DNS server or (not recommended) use 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4.
Have a IP route to the local internet gateway.
Then IP Office can resolve DNS names when the above setup is correct.
Every LAN has a local NTP server like a domain controller, the DHCP server, a DNS server or the local gateway router, use that instead of a internet NTP server.
You can determine if there is a NTP server on your PC, left click on the clock in the system tray, select "Adjust Time/Date", then select "Internet Time" > "Change settings" and enter a IP Addres of one of the above, click on "Update now".
You'll get a message wether the command was succesfull or not.
