Can incoming ringing on 5410 make the message light flash

I have been asked this question for the first time and to be honest i am unsure. Can incoming ringing on 5410 make the message light flash?

Yes. It's under Option, then Ring Option. Set Flash Message Lamp to Yes. By default it is no.

Reading the phones manual could lead to the following:
To use the Message Lamp for ringing alerts:

1. Press Option.

2. Press Ring Options and set Flash Message Lamp to Yes or No. When set to Yes, the Message lamp will flash when you receive a call.

3. Get called and be stunned with this beatiful feature

I did dot entirely read it, just copied from the 5410 users manual i have on my PC, maybe a outdated version?
