Hello,

I am just curious if I am able to work on an Access 2000 file in Access XP and still be able to work on that same file later on in Access 2000? I know that you could not do that with Access 97 and Access 2000. I just wonder if the same issue exists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes - Access XP (2002) can read and write 2000 format files with no problem or conversion requirements, but it 97 format files have to be converted to a later version.
