Can I use Procomm plus on a handheld?

If so, what are the requirements?
(I need to use it to administer our voice mail system to make additions and changes remotely via a phone line).

I'm not very familiar with the handheld market, but unless it runs "real" Windows and not CE, you will most likely not be able to install and run Procomm.

 
I have ran a DOS shell on a Pocket PC and ran the DOS version of Procomm Plus but I don't thing you can do any scripting through the DOS version.
 
The DOS versions of Procomm do offer scripting, but it's not quite as advanced as the Windows versions. Most of the basic functions should be there though.
