Can I use Premiere 6.5 (windows) to work on a Prem-6.5 Mac project?

My Premiere 6.5 (Imac) crashes each time I want to change something on the titles I made. I don't know what I can do. But a friend of mine has Premiere 6.5 on Windows. Can I import my project on his pc and make the titles there and then go back working on the rest of the project on my IMac?
Can some please explain to me if this is possible and how?
