I,m at work running Windows 2000 with Exchange 2000 - Iwork in support so have rights to view others email by :
:
Tools > Services > choose M/S Exchange Server > properties > select advanced tab > add my additional mailboxes.

But is there a way i can tell if somebody has looked at my mailbox or somekind of tracking tool that could tell me if someone has looked at my email been sent or recieved.?

The application log of the Exchange server should capture these logons.
