Can I shell to DOS

Isn't there a way to Shell to the DOS partition once Novell 5 is up and running?

Or isn't there a way to access the DOS partition from a client?

Help?!?!?

what do you want to do?

on 6 you can load the dos partition just like any other volume

if it's for limitied stuff then you can use netbasic and then shell from there

You can ....

a) Use NETBASIC or TOOLBOX and access the DOS partition from the server console

b) Use Portal Services and see what is on teh DOS Partition using VOlume Management contained within the portal

cpqfm.nlm . It's looks like Norton Commander. Cool utility. And you can download it from Novell.com
