I have 2 Cisco 2950 switches connected to a Cisco 2821 ISR. Both switches are on the same subnet. Each switch services 1 VLAN each. From the router I have an E1 connection with 32 available timeslots. All traffic will be normal TCP/IP data so there will be no Voice.

My question is - can I prioritise traffic from 1 VLAN on to the E1 link?

I'm thinking yes but not entirely sure how to achieve it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello
As I always the only thing the Cisco devices can't do is make coffee.
If the router is terminating the Vlan's you can match the traffic by the vlan interface.(That's if you're doing router on a stick). If the switches are plug into 2 different interfaces on the router the above is also applies.
In the case the switches are on the same router interface with different subnets. You can create an ACL to match the traffic base on subnet.
Regards
ps In case in you need a hand with the conf,I can help but only at the end of the week.
