Can I look up a Time Zone?

I would like to add a feature to a form so that after the user enters a client's address or perhaps phone number, the client's Time Zone would display. I assume a lookup could occur based on ZIP code or Area Code, but I couldn't find anything in Help or a Keyword search that seemed to address this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

I fear that you need to manually (!) create a lookup table with its entries that will never be complete. Seems like a LOT of work to me!
