Can I have Meridian Callpilot answer a prdn?

I have a private line coming into a option 61C that I would like to have the capability of voice mail through the callpilot. I am told I cant have this but I dont know if that is really true. If I can have this how do I set it up? I have tried every way that I can think of to make it work. Thanks

in the route, auto = yes, on the trunk atdn = the number in call pilot you want to hear.. it can be the main cp dn (mcdn) or a menu service, prompt maint etc.. if it's a new number go to load 23 new acd xxxx maxp 1 ncfw (to mail) then build the voice mail box..

I should have given more information of what I am after. I have multible sets with a prdn on seperate keys. What I am after is to have these private lines, if not answered go into the set mailbox. In the callpilot there is a spot to add a second, third, fourth dn, ect. When I add the prdn to this sets programming in the callpilot it throws it out as an error. Is there a way to do it like this? Thanks

if your using pvr's? then the digits assigned to the pvr should fit as secondary dn's. check the cp to see if your ext dn spread covers those dn's

I guess I do not understand what you are asking me. I remember when we installed it that I never seen where you tell the callpilot what extension range was available, if that is what you are asking me. Can you tell me where to start? Thanks

try this, i may have been on another track. auto yes atdn xxxx then make xxxx a maxp 1 acd ncfw to mail... i jsut set up my test cot that way and it answers on the 1st ring.. if you need the code, let me know..
