I have a report that has old address and new address of clients that is generated when there is an address change. The current layout is like this:

Report Header: Blank
Page Header a: Client Name
New Address Line1
Page Header b: New Address Line2 (suppressed if not
exist)
Details: some stuff (this can go over a page)
Report Footer: Body of Letter
Old Address lines
New Address lines
Some other stuff
Page Footer

The above will generate a report with new address at the top portion of the report with new and old address in the body of the report.

Now, the users wants to have the report in this new way: Same body but the top portion will have the new address for letter 1 and old address for letter 2 with the same body. This has to be generated from one report.

Anybody have an idea how I can do this?

Thanks much for your input in advance!!
Please, let me know if this is not clear....

Hi week,

You may need to create a subreport that mirrors the main report except that it contains the old address at the top.

Add a new section in the report footer.
Place the subreport in the b section of the report footer.

In the "Format Section" window for report footer b check the "New Page Before" box.

hope this helps.
