Can I Deploy .MSI Through Force Run

Is it possible to run MSI applications through Force Run? We generaly associate apps to workstations not users. As NALdesk doesn't run until a user logs in, is there any other way to deploy MSI packages to workstations?

I would really appreciate some help,
