Can I connect a text field to a radio button?

I have a list of radio buttons. The last is "other" and I want the user to be able to enter an amount into this text field, but ONLY if they check the "other" radio button. Any advice? Thanks

Can't figure it out, got the element to be "true" disabled, but can't figure out where to put the code and what code to put to cause the element to become usable when they click on the radio button. Thanks
