Can I attach a file?

Is there an easy way to attach a file to a record in Access? I have a database of Drivers that we use and I would like to be able to attach the .jpg files of there drivers license, medical card, and others forms.

You can include a path to the picture or file in the database. This can then be used in a number of ways, for example, FollowHyperlink will open the file with its registered application. Embedding files or pictures can cause bloat, however, I believe Blobs can be used.
