Can Exchange 2003 run on an 2000/NT Domain running Mixed Mode ?

We have about 20 domain controllers in our network... 9 are still on NT 4.0 so consequently our domain is mixed mode (2000/NT)

can I install Exch 2003 in this environment or do I need to be running a Native 2000 domain ?

yes you can, in mixed mode

keep in mind that you always lose some amount of functionality with mixed mode. get to native ASAP!!!!
