i have 3 computers on a network. connected via a hub. i can see the two 2k comuputers fine, but not the window 98 one. even the windows 98 one can access the other two, but not in reverse. any ideas?

On the 98 system, do you have file sharing enabled and at least one folder shared? All things are possible except skiing through a revolving door.

make sure you're using ip and use a host file if you're still having problems....

how do you set a folder to be shared on windows 98? i only know how to do on 2k

If file sharing is installed, just right click on folder and select sharing option. If option's not there, file sharing is not installed - you need to go to network properties and install it.
