Pretty sure that R1 came with PRI codeset.

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

The R1 lacked a great deal in software and PRI feature compatibility.

The R3, although better, still needed some tweaks. Most of these were added in the R4.2. (Research the Pocket Reference for R5.0)

However, if this was my client, I would upgrade the processor to R7.0, just to be on the safe side.
