Can´t write to dll 1

I am trying to install a program upon a citrix MF sp3 w2k server.
But run into a simple problem, that i can´t solve.

I get this message
"setup could not write to this file:
c:\winnt\system32\wininet.dll
This file is currently being used by another applikation. Close any open applikation. "

I have closed all applications that are running. I have closed all the services I could, but it doesn´t help.

Do anyone know a program that can tell which process that are holding on to a specific dll.

Kust gave it a quick look. It looks like what I was looking for.
I solved the problem by renameing the dll's to old and then run the setup file.
I saw in some other decriptions that they were not important, ant that it was possible to rename them without damaging the system.
But you advice was good an accurate.
