Calls to busy station/attendant 1

I have a G3R running V7 software. For some reason, some of my incoming trunk calls to busy stations are going to my attendant. I thought the option to dissable this was in the system parameters-features area, but I can't seem to find it. Am I way off?

Am I assuming correctly that the stations involved have no coverage paths?
If not, the field to look for is DID Busy Treatment in the system-parameter features. (Page 5?) You can set it for 'tone' or 'attendant'.

Sorry it took so long, but no, it didn't work. I am still trouble shooting. It's not really a big problem, it's just annoying.

Try looking at Unanswered DID Call Timer on page 5 of sys-par fea. If this is set to a value less than 50 seconds then the call will follow your DID/TIE/ISDN Intercept Treatment from page 1.
