Anyone know why if a DN's main number is in use / busy and calls ring to a 2nd line, it shows the name of the called party / owner of the phone, rather than the calling party, although it shows the DN of the calling party. ie. It looks like you are calling yourself when you are on your main line when 2nd calls roll over to line 2. Is there a setting to correct this so it show the calling party as it does when calling in on the main line?

Thanks Stan ... that makes no sense to me but as long as it works, not going to figure out the logic behind it.

CNDA says "See who is calling"
DNDA says "See who was being called"

A secretary that must answer calls for 5 managers that forward to her would want DNDA so she could answer "Hello, this is Mr. Smith's office". The only application for DNDA is if you need to know "who was being called"
